How to do the right skin care

Combination and oily skin should preferably be cleansed with foaming facial lotions and gels. Such products destroy fats well, because they consist of 10% tensides - actively cleansing substances. For irritated skin, this is just a godsend - they dissolve sebum and sweat that clog pores.

For oily skin, synthesized soap is suitable - syndet. This name denotes synthetically active substances. The consistency of the synthesized soap can be liquid or solid. Therefore, it is available for sale in jars, bottles and blocks. Synthetic soap does not contain an alkaline environment, as in conventional soaps, which has a very beneficial effect on inflamed skin, but has a neutral or slightly acidic environment.

With it, you deeply cleanse the pores, the natural film, while not destroying it. It will not harm the skin in the form of the effect of tightening and dryness of the skin. However, everywhere there are limitations: syndets are very active in destroying fats. Even for very oily skin, with even a slight fatigue, it is better to refuse to use such a cleanser at least for a while.

Proper skin care: dry and sensitive skin

Dry and sensitive skin feels comfortable when it is cleansed with cosmetic milk. It has a neutral content of water and fat, therefore it has a gentle effect on the skin when cleansing sweat and dirt, gently dissolving them. Milk contains special oils (they contain about 25% fat), such as avocado, calendula or lanolin oil. They supply dry skin with extra fat. Another advantage of milk is that with its help, dry skin retains moisture, while acquiring it.

It turns out that the milk not only gently cleanses dry and sensitive skin, but also nourishes it with beneficial substances at the same time. Milk, which contains herbs such as mallow and calendula, will have a beneficial effect on sensitive skin. They relax, soften and help fight inflammatory redness.

Facial skin care rulesFor extremely dry, flaky and rough skin, cleansing oils are suitable. They do not have an exfoliating effect, and this is not necessary, especially gently remove sebum, makeup (dye) and dirt, because the fat content in them is about 50%. After applying the oil, even the driest skin will be soaked like a nourishing cream.

Mature skin will take with a bang the nourishing cleansing milk. In adulthood, the skin is always dry, which is why it needs to be saturated with fat-containing substances. The only recommendation here is to use anti-aging cleansers specifically designed to care for mature skin.

For normal skin, ordinary soap is sufficient for cleansing. The bulk of the young population aged 16 to 30 years old, constantly use this tool. Soaps used to be made up of only fats and alkalis such as potash and caustic. Now the production of soap has stepped far forward and now aromas, nutrients and dyes are included in the soap and the pH exceeds 7. When washed, they destroy the natural mantle of the skin for several hours, because they have a slightly alkaline environment.

But don't think it's that bad. In normal and healthy skin, the restoration of the environment occurs quickly. It is contraindicated only for representatives of dry and sensitive skin. People with inflamed facial skin should use it with caution. As dermatologists have established, inflammatory processes can be aggravated due to the fact that fatty acids are released from the soap solution, which lead to dryness and irritation.

Water-soluble preparations must be carefully removed from the skin when used, because they clog pores and also cause frequent irritation. To avoid problems, first wash off the foam, and then rinse your face thoroughly with water. If you gradually lower the degree of water, making it cooler, you will improve blood circulation. Fresh and rosy skin will shine with health. However, if your blood vessels are prone to dilatation, then this procedure can backfire, so you will have to refuse it.

In order to cleanse the pores deeply, ordinary soap will not be enough, as well as synthesized soap. Makeup is best removed with cosmetic milk. Skin type doesn't matter. This is done in this way: apply a large amount of milk to the skin, then remove the top layer of contamination with a cosmetic dry cloth. Wash not only on the middle part of the face, but also do not forget about the edges. After that, wash with water. You can supplement the cleansing with eau de toilette for the face.

As cosmetologists recommend, preparations containing oils must be washed off with soap and water. Do not be afraid that soap will dry out the skin, because a greasy film will remain on its surface, which protects it.

Dermatologists conducted tests that showed that cleansers should not be left on the skin for a long time. The maximum exposure time is 20 seconds. This time is enough to effectively influence it. Prolonged exposure will negatively affect the general condition of the skin, because it leads to dryness.

Proper skin care: skin with fungal diseases

For patients with fungal skin diseases and eczema, dermatologists prescribe syndeta (synthesized soap). Due to its neutral pH value, this product does not destroy the natural acidic mantle of the skin, restores and maintains its balance. Inflamed and irritated skin will well accept alkali-free soap, which is created by the crystallization method. It does not contain aromatic substances, preservatives and fats, therefore it does not change the natural pH value. Thus, the new formation of acne and blackheads (inflammatory foci) is blocked. But these funds, unfortunately, are quite expensive.

As soon as you decide to use one or another cleanser, carefully read the dosage information on the package. Cleansing milk, for example, is enough for 1 teaspoon, liquid cream is enough the size of a pea. Do not forget that an overdose leads to overspending and damage to your skin.

Remove gel, milk or soap not with hot water, but with warm and cool. Suffering from the expansion of blood vessels on the face, it is advisable to beware of contrast washing and washing with hot water. Only water at room temperature and body temperature is appropriate here.

To remove makeup around the eyes, you need to do it with a cleanser after which you feel a feeling of comfort. It will be enough to clean the skin in the eye area with baby oils. Many women use these funds and it does not harm them. Only the skin around the eyes should not be too sensitive.

When removing persistent lipstick, foaming products (soap, liquid cream, gel) will not be enough for you. For this purpose, we have developed a special tool for removing persistent lipstick from the lips. It is produced in liquid form, consists of two phases - cleansing and nourishing. Before use, it is shaken, and the phases are combined together. Then, a cotton swab is soaked and pressed against the lips for 5 seconds. Easily remove the paint and rinse your lips with water. You can also use baby or cleansing oil.

Proper skin cleansingHow often do you do a deep cleansing of your face? It must be done taking into account your skin type. Mature, normal and sluggish skin should be cleansed once a week. Inflamed and oily skin - once every 2-3 days.

Peeling or exfoliating products are used to deeply clean the pores of the face. Dirt, in this case, can be removed completely, which is impossible to do in the usual way. Peeling agent with the help of small grains, removes dirt from the surface of the skin gently but effectively. At the same time, keratinized and dead scales are removed, which makes it possible for pores to breathe and skin cells to be renewed.

The basis of the peeling agent may consist of crushed nuts, bran, apricot kernels, sea sand, healing mud or artificial granules. After applying the peeling, the skin becomes smooth, tender, pink and clean. Pores shrink and become less visible. Peeling products are made in the form of gels, creams, milk. Means in the form of a powder are diluted before use in milk. Never remove makeup with an exfoliator.

Before peeling, first cleanse the skin as you would normally. Apply on clean skin. Rub it very gently into damp skin, and then rinse thoroughly. If this is not done, the residue may cause skin irritation. For those who have non-sensitive skin with a thick stratum corneum, the product can be applied to dry skin.

Then, also rub and rinse. Only in this case you will achieve a deep cleansing effect. It is better not to torment sensitive skin with peelings, it does not tolerate them. The skin, inflamed and irritated, still does not tolerate exfoliation. Grains of the remedy will aggravate her condition.

For whom deep cleansing is perfect, it is oily skin. You can constantly clean your face with peeling. This procedure can be helped by a massage brush with nylon bristles with rounded tips of different lengths. Thanks to its features, it removes dead, keratinized skin flakes and gets to the stubborn dirt. First, the skin of the face can be moisturized, then lather the cream with a brush in a container. Then, with spiral movements, remove dirt from the face and rinse with cool water.

Such a brush is contraindicated for use in the area around the eyes, irritated and inflamed skin.
